GA: RESPONSE TO FINE. WJBF. “Cross agreed to pay a $2,750 fine for failing to submit personal financial information during the years 2009 and 2011, however, the commissioner says he did submit all the necessary paperwork.”

IL: RAHM SUPER PAC. Sun Times. The PAC has raised about $2.4 million.

MA: SUPER PAC ATTACK. Lowell Sun. “Democrat Martha Coakley on Thursday forcefully pushed back against a new Republican-funded super PAC ad that accuses her of turning a blind eye toward child safety, calling it ‘outrageous’ and urging her Republican gubernatorial opponent Charlie Baker to disavow the commercial.”

NJ: FINE PAID. Press of AC. “The New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission originally cited Mancuso for the missing reports in January 2009. It said that during this primary campaign, Mancuso failed to disclose $10,095 of contributions and $4,259 in expenses.”

NY: ARREST. Auburnpub.com. “A longtime state assemblyman from New York City was charged Wednesday with felony counts of using his campaign funds for personal expenses and filing false claims for travel reimbursements.”
