Sen. Leahy’s Public Corruption Prosecutions Improvements Act was considered yesterday by the Senate Judiciary Committee, according to this report. The bill was reported as amended here. As of this writing, the Senate Judiciary website calls the legislation, “The Public Corruption Improvements Act” (screen capture with highlight below, click for larger image). I didn’t know public corruption needed any improving, thank you.
