Last Minute “Technical” Changes to Massachusetts Ethics Law
This report out of Boston says that lawmakers scrambled to make last minute “technical” changes to the state’s new ethics laws. The Legislature also moved Tuesday to delay portions of the new law governing political lobbyists until Jan. 1.
