Supremes keep soft money soft
Yesterday the Supreme Court released an order in RNC. The judgment is affirmed. Justice Scalia, Justice Kennedy, and Justice Thomas would note probable jurisdiction and set the case for oral argument. More on the case here. The Times reports here.
