A lobbyist is suing The New York Times for an article it published in February 2008, according to this report.

Vicki L. Iseman filed the defamation suit in U.S. District Court in Richmond. It also names as defendants the Times’ executive editor, its Washington bureau chief and four reporters.

Ms. Iseman is represented by W. Coleman Allen, Jr. of Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen.
