The Times reports that two groups allege that the SEIU’s Andy Stern should have registered as a lobbyist.

Michelle Ringuette, a spokeswoman for the union, criticized the move as an effort to deny working people a say in health insurance reform. “Andy Stern spends less than 20 percent of his time talking to elected representatives,” she said. “He spends 100 percent of his time trying to help workers get a better life.”
