Oklahoma conforming to Citizens United

The Oklahoman reports on efforts to change state law to conform with the holdings of Citizens United.  That was fast.

After the high court ruling, Ethics Commission staff revised a proposed rule, posting a version by 11 p.m. Thursday that would allow corporations and labor unions to make unlimited independent expenditures from their treasury funds. Commissioners delayed starting their meeting until 11 a.m. Friday thinking it would allow more time for people to view the rule. But shortly after the meeting started, commissioners voted to change parts of it.
