On November 20, 2008, the Federal Election Commission approved an advisory opinion for the Libertarian Party of Colorado granting state party status and discussed on audit.  More information here.

Stevens Trial Witness Update

A witness in the Stevens trial is making allegations regarding the prosecution’s conduct, according to this report. He also said he had an agreement with the government that gave him immunity from prosecution in the case. During the trial, he told the jury that no formal deal existed.
