Leadership PACs

Sen. Bill Nelson registered a new political committee, according to CQ Moneyline. A spokesman for Nelson said Sunshine State should have been registered as a joint fundraising committee and not as a leadership PAC. He said Nelson plans to amend his FEC filings to correct the registration.
