The Ninth Circuit announced its opinion in Canyon Ferry Road Baptist Church v. Unsworth yesterday and some analysis and a link to the opinion are provided in this First Amendment Center post. Judge Noonan saw the case as “petty bureaucratic harassment” in his dissent, which focused on Freedom of Religion.
