The leader of the New York Senate is facing an ethics-related investigation, according to this Times report. Law enforcement officials are reviewing records of taxpayer-financed travel, campaign records and legislative earmarks, as well as Mr. [Pedro] Espada’s residency, people with knowledge of the investigations said Saturday.
