Montana campaign finance law target of suit
Here’s a story from Montana about a lawsuit seeking to overturn a state law in light of Citizens United. A Bozeman company is suing two state offices over a law dating back to 1912 that bans corporate spending in elections.
House hearing on corporate governance and Citizens United
