Electionjournal.org has people on the ground in Indiana reporting on incidents at polling locations across the state.  The site makes interesting use of Twitter.   Twitter basically makes anyone with a cellphone or a blackberry into an on-the-spot reporter/eyewitness, whose messages can be instantly read by others.  Here, EJ has found alleged incidents of campaigning in polling places and other issues.
