Tate Case Update

It looks like the case involving Mark D. Tate has concluded.

As part of an agreement with the prosecution, Tate pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor charges of failing in 2006 to file campaign finance statements required under state law. He agreed to pay $1,000 and complete 100 hours of community service.

“Quite frankly, [this] gets me my good name back,” said Tate, 43, after Judge Thomas D. Horne signed off on the agreement this morning.
