[Judge] Spencer denied the organization’s request for a preliminary injunction to block imposition of Federal Election Commission rules that would block it from soliciting money and advertising against Obama’s support of abortion rights.

James Bopp Jr., a counsel for the Real Truth organization, said it is “seriously considering” appealing the judge’s order.
