The Colorado Court of Appeals upheld campaign finance reforms yesterday, according to this report.

The court sided with a lower court Wednesday on a lawsuit over Amendment 27. That was an amendment approved by voters six years ago to prohibit corporations from using their general funds to make political contributions or to pay for electioneering materials.
