The Office of the Clerk of the House offers this reminder on the Quarterly LDA Report due January 21, 2009.

The Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995, as amended by the Honest Leadership and Open Government Act of 2007, requires those who have registered as lobbyists to file quarterly reports with the Clerk of the U.S. House of Representatives and the Secretary of the U.S. Senate. The fourth quarterly report, covering October 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008, is due January 21, 2009.
