WA: More Lobbyist Disclosure

Increased lobbyist disclosure is on the agenda in Washington, according to this report from The Columbian (serving Clark County, Washington). 

Under the bill, mandatory electronic reporting would begin in 2012, after the complex software needed to create a searchable database is developed. Lobbyists and clients or employers of lobbyists with reportable compensation of $10,000 or more and all public agencies that lobby the Legislature would be required to file electronically.
