The Kansas City Star reports on compliance with a law governing lobbyist-funded travel provided to lawmakers.

A 2006 law requiring lobbyists to receive permission before they can treat Missouri lawmakers to out-of-state junkets is widely being ignored, The Kansas City Star has found.
