The DISCLOSE Act was marked-up today and a manager’s amendment (with some amendments) was passed along partisan lines at a meeting of the Committee on House Administration.  The video is here.   Shareholder protection and public financing amendments were made and withdrawn.  There will be some technical and conforming amendments, no doubt, so check Thomas for the details (H.R. 5175).
