As far as I can tell, Ellen Miller’s (pictured at right) post on the Sunlight Foundation’s blog was part of the beginning of a lot of questions about the White House’s replacement of ethics czar Norm Eisen with a new team headed by White House Counsel Bob Bauer.  POGO supported the move, as did OMB Watch.  A bunch of groups have collected a bunch of quotations from Bauer’s writings over the years, and CREW expresses concern here.
