There’s no such thing as a free… breakfast

Except for voting in Kentucky?  Story here. The restaurant sits just across the street from the courthouse, and Joan Manganaro, who owns the restaurant, said she had posted signs in the windows advertising a “general voter appreciation breakfast.”
