The Federal Election Commission approved two advisory opinions.  The first opinion was requested by the Socialist Workers Party.  The second was requested by Al Franken’s campaign for U.S. Senate and the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee.  “Revised Draft B” was approved, with amendments.  This report has more.
