The Wisconsin Government Accountability Board’s campaign filing computer system is apparently experiencing difficulties, according to this report.
Campaign spending reports for 66 state legislators and legislative candidates are not available on a state Web site, two months after they were supposed to be posted for public view, according to the Wisconsin Democracy Campaign.
Lawmakers have been fuming about the site for months, saying it doesn’t work properly.
The site gained infamy last year because it showed the Wisconsin state Capitol in front of a Minneapolis skyline. It has since been changed to show the Madison skyline.
