Supremes Deny Cert in Anti-Spam Case

The Post reports that the Supreme Court denied cert in a case (Virginia v. Jaynes) involving Virginia’s anti-spam law.  I wrote about the case in September 2008 here because the case involved freedom of speech and might provide a limited context for courts’ consideration of laws purporting to regulate political calls (robocalls or calls made through an automated dialing system).
