The Star Ledger reports that there’s been another charge filed in a voter fraud investigation.

The growing criminal probe by state Division of Criminal Justice and the Essex County prosecutor — which has been focusing not only on campaign workers, but on county workers as well — has been examining dozens of absentee ballots cast in the 2007 election of state Sen. Teresa Ruiz (D-Essex).
