The Supreme Court denied cert in Florida Association of Professional Lobbyists, Inc., et al. v. Division of Legislative Information Services of the Florida Office of Legislative Services, et al.  The Miami Herald reports.   

The court rejected with [sic?] comment Monday a challenge to the 2005 law. The state banned lobbyists from giving gifts to legislators and other elected officials. It also required them to file disclosure statements saying who pays them and how much.
