Senators Feingold and McCain take to the Senate floor to speak on Citizens United

From Rick Hasen comes word that Senators Feingold and McCain spoke on the Senate floor regarding Citizens United.  As of this writing McCain’s statement isn’t on Electionlawblog.org, yet, but it’s on McCain’s Senate website here and here (it’s two parts).  Meanwhile, neither Senator, as far as I know, has spoken on the floor to the nomination of John Sullivan to the Federal Election Commission.  Mr. Sullivan was nominated by President Obama on May 1, 2009.  No notices provided for in HLOGA’s section 512 appear in the Congressional Record regarding this nomination.
