TODAY AT THE FEC.   FEC.  Plutocracy day at the FEC has a special early start time of 9:30 a.m. for this morning’s public meeting.

DEAR FCC.  HILL.  Three Democrats sent the FCC a letter seeking an investigation into a Russian media network.

ELECTION LAW NEWS.  WR.  The latest edition of Wiley Rein’s Election Law News is available and contains a number of valuable articles.

LEGAL FEES IN PROBE.   Hill.  “President Trump is reportedly using money from the Republican National Committee (RNC) and his reelection campaign to pay some of the legal costs surrounding the federal probe into Russian interference in the 2016 election.”

PRIVATE JET PRECEDENT.  POL.  “In a sharp departure from his predecessors, Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price last week took private jets on five separate flights for official business, at a cost of tens of thousands of dollars more than commercial travel.”
